Risk-Free Pilot
How the pilot works
Most industrial investment decisions stall because the risk sits entirely with the buyer. You commit capital before you have evidence. If the technology underperforms, the cost is yours.
The Brairtech pilot model works the other way around. We install our IPC platform on your line, you see the results firsthand in your own facility under your own production conditions, and every rental payment you make counts toward ownership when you decide you’re ready.
If the results don’t speak for themselves, you’re under no obligation to proceed.
The process
Five steps from installation to ownership. We handle everything in between.
Our engineers assess your line, your fluid type, and your contamination profile before installation begins. The IPC platform is then integrated directly into your existing setup - no major equipment replacement, no extended production downtime. The pilot period begins once the system is running and generating real data from your specific conditions.
Over the agreed timeframe, we generate performance data across your specific contamination load, fluid type, and production conditions. You will see how the system behaves under your variability - your temperature cycles, your production spikes, your operator practices. Not laboratory averages. Your reality.
At the end of the trial period, you have verified data from your own facility. Fluid lifespan extension, pathogen elimination rates, operational improvements, and cost impact - all measured under real production conditions. You review the evidence before committing to anything.
When the results satisfy you, the transition is simple. Rental payments made during the trial accrue seamlessly toward your final purchase price. There are no hidden costs and no renegotiation.
You now operate Branilium™ with verified results behind you, a reduced TCO in front of you, and no outstanding questions about performance. The compromise between safety and effectiveness is behind you permanently.
